The black room is filled with the sounds
of a thousand screeching brakes
and even more howling chain saws,
with the thundering of trucks,
and the whining of landing jet planes.
All those noises are fighting each other to get to the top
using amplifiers and loudspeakers as deadly weapons
to drown out each other.
