In the blue room I am reading all this in a book.
The book is called "Nine Rooms"
and it has no end
because in it of course there is a blue room
in which I am reading all this in a book.
While I am reading
you are out fighting battles with merchants,
bargaining with kings,
and when you come home in the evenings
scarred and wounded
but laden with bounty
I am sitting there by the quiet lamp
reading all this in a book.
